Carrier Delivery
If you fail to receive your home delivery of The Keynoter, The Reporter, or the Sunday Miami Herald, please contact our customer service representative before 10 a.m. Monday through Friday and 11 a.m. Saturday at (305) 743-5551 ext. 12, or 1-800-THE HERALD on Sunday, to request redelivery. Your publication will be redelivered that same day.
Mail Delivery
U.S. Postal Service guarantees for periodical-rate service means a five to seven day delivery window for the Wednesday, Friday and Saturday editions. This varies by region and distance from the originating post offices in Monroe County and Miami, Fl. To Obtain Back Issues
A one-year inventory of back copies is usually available. Issues are available for $.50 at our offices, or $3.00 delivered by first-class-mail. Because of demand, we cannot guarantee availability of past issues. Archived and bound copies of The Keynoter may be viewed at the Marathon office and copies of The Reporter may be viewed at the Tavernier offices, during regular business hours.
